Starting from the central message meant to be transmitted towards the targeted market "Excellence and efficiency through consultancy" we conceived for the advertising materials a design based on symbols of development and excellence inspired from educational field.

The system of lines in distinctive tones of blue sends out the message of efficiency and rigueur. The unitary image of retouched school copy-book pages signifies the constructive support that experts in financial control offer.

Project description:

The Technical Association for Professional Development "Teach - Ing" has the main purpose to ensure professional development of young people who wish to follow a career in the technical field. In 2009 among the association's projects there were launched a series of trainings for CNC operators and programmers for which REM Brand created the design of advertising brochures. The design chosen was a dynamic one, in straight lines, with strong colors, with the objective of expressing precision, dynamics and continuous development, the main characteristics of the project and of "Teach Ing" mission and activity.

Project description:

The "Bucataria Domneasca" (old traditional royal kitchen) project marks the launching of the first autochthon producer of pre-fried and frozen potatoes in Romania.

For the creation of a corporate identity which to be able to sustain the firm in the process of developing a strong and successful image, we started with de conceptualization of the firm's main values: the consistent commitment towards the quality of products, the capitalization of Romanian resources, and respect towards the natural value of aliments.

The verbal identity created for "Bucataria Domneasca" has the role of recalling the plenteous dinners with natural, benefic aliments and a faultless taste specific to the Romanian traditional cuisine.

The set of verbal components created in this project includes: firm brand ("Bucataria Domneasca"), product brand ("Cartofi de Covasna" - Covasna Potatoes) and slogan ("Vrednici de ospat" - Worthy of a feast), components that send the concrete and unitary message of traditional Romanian quality.

The visual elements which form the logo represent a balanced combination between the logo-tip personalized by the type of font and the graphic symbol (chef bonnet) which gives letter "D" complex significance and the association of white and red. The visual identity is completed with the visit cards and letterheads. Characterized by a distinctive graphic, the design used for these materials combines the basic concept with a new element represented by the circle frame in green-ochre color.


Defining the marketing strategy highlighted the necessity of creating two separate packing designs for the two distinctive market segments: retail and HORECA.

With the purpose of clear differentiation from the competition's products, for the retail segment it has been chosen a design in red, green and ochre colors with the image of golden potatoes for a strong visual impact.


Taken into consideration the law level of consumption of pre-frayed and frozen vegetables and the determinant causes, a concrete objective of the package design consists in informing the market targeted about the nutritional value of "Bucataria Domneasca" potatoes and the natural and healthy way of processing (without preservative).

For attaining this purpose the package contains detailed information about nutritional values, processing stages and product storage.

The informative and advertising role is completed through the visual association of firm brand ("Bucataria Domneasca") with the product brand ("Cartofi de Covasna") and descriptive text ("Cartofi pre-prajiti si congelati" - Pre-fried and frozen potatoes) which describes the product.





The HORECA package design uses simple lines and a less strong color scheme, in order to highlight the text presenting the technical information necessary for the business clients.
